What’s the difference between a group and a cohort?

A group is one course or badge: its design, title and details. A cohort sits inside a group and holds the people who finished it together, with their own issue date.

No. Issue has four steps and nothing goes out until you press Send on the last one. You can save a draft and come back.

Certificate or badge: which should I use?

A certificate is an A4 document for finishing a course. A badge is an Open Badges 3.0 image for a skill, made for LinkedIn and digital wallets. Both get a verify page.

What happens when I revoke a credential?

Anyone who checks it sees Revoked, the date and your reason. It can’t be undone, so issue a corrected one if needed.

A learner says they didn’t get the email.

Accepted Answer

Look them up in Emails → Activity to see if it bounced, check the address on their credential, then send a reminder from the credential’s page.

Question 6

Do people need an account to verify?

Accepted Answer

No. Anyone can check an ID or link at wisam.app/verify and see who issued it and whether it’s still valid.

What happens when my trial ends?
